5.  AAG uses this data to audit your gift card inventory and check this against SVS.  You must enter your ending ASI gift card inventory from 10-12-2010.  Contact your AD with the ending counts, they have to send this information to Kelly Wyatt at AAG. –Make sure you let your AD know if you have received your holiday cards for 2010

Expect More  AAG has high standards for store support  We have programmers, POS support people, Network people to support you.  The best way to get in touch with us is to send an e-mail to POS support or the IT department found in the address book. –If you are missing a POS button, contact your AD not POS support  This way you will not wait for a response from someone that may be in a meeting or off that day

9.  AAG IT Dept will install the handheld device that will be used for inventory within the first few weeks. Insure all managers know where the device is located.
