6. Types of goals When you set your learning goals, make sure they are S.M.A.R.T. Goals This stands for goals which are: SPECIFIC MEASURABLE ACHIEVABLE REALISTIC TIME-SPECIFIC

7. Types of goals SPECIFIC- means that your goal is to the point. Describe what you want to achieve in as much detail as possible. Outline the steps you need to take MEASURABLE- means progress towards your goal can be measured and that you will know when you have reached it ACHIEVABLE- means that your goal is something that you know you can achieve with effort, energy, discipline and time

8. Types of goals REALISTIC- means that you must make sure your goals can be achieved given your personal environment and circumstances TIME-SPECIFIC- means that the amount of time you have to reach your goal is reasonable-for example not too short or not too long. Also, you set yourself a time limit to achieve the goal
