2. Long ago there was a normal girl called Mary
Long ago there was a normal girl called Mary. An Angel called Gabriel visits her and says to Mary “ Don’t be afraid of me, you will have a baby from God and you will call him Jesus.”

3. So Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem because Caesar Augustus had said that all the world should be registered were they were born. Bethlehem was really busy and there was no room left to stay.

4. Joseph and Mary were very weary
Joseph and Mary were very weary. They found a nice inn keeper who said “There is no room , BUT I do have a stable you can stay in”. So Mary and Joseph thanked the inn keeper and stayed in the stable with the animals.

5. 1,2,3,4,5.
In a field not so far away , a shepherd was counting his sheep . SUDDENLY an angel came down and said “Don’t be afraid, I’m here to say the King of the Jews has been born, and you will come and follow me to see him.” So the shepherd followed Gabriel.

6. Now the wise men from the East came from Jerusalem , saying “Where is he who has been born king of the Jews? For we saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him .”They followed the star to the stable where the wise men bowed down and gave Jesus gifts gold , frankincense and myrrh .
