1. What are we learning this week! Math- We will begin Topic 5, which is a continuation of multiplication. Please make sure your scholar is taking a quiz for his multiplication facts at least once a week. Reading- Literature Day will be this Tuesday. Please come dressed as your character. You must also turn in your pumpkin project and written assignment on this day. Oral reports will be on Wednesday. There will be no costumes worn on this day or on Halloween on Oct. 31 st. We will be finishing our power points. They are due this Thursday. Remember each slide must have at least one image. We will also be re-reading Raising Dragons from our Anthology and taking a vocabulary and reading comp quiz this Friday Science- We are beginning Chapter 2 on “When Environments Change.” p Cal Berkeley Mrs. Banks 3 rd Grade November Class Performance The Third Grade classes will be performing at the Ed- Win Awards Assemblies late November. They will need to memorize a poem for this. They will have to recite it for an oral language grade on or before Nov. 7 th. Minimum Day Tuesday!!!
