All rights Reserved Supervising Crisis Situations Cooperation between protection staff and the public can be achieved by the following four steps: Arrange or participate in safety meetings between key protection staff and supervisors. Coordinate crisis plans through public relations/HR and other departments. Provide leadership and monitor all meetings. Test the results, and correct the areas needing more attention
