3 3 Best Practices for Alternative Delivery Projects Desired by Contractors/Engineers  Submission of Alternative Technical Concepts (ATC’s)  Confidentiality of ideas  Private meetings to review/discuss ATC’s  Reasonable stipend that shares cost of proposal efforts
