5 Intel ISEF Educator Academy Intel ® Education Programs High Level Goals Long term goals Protect the curiosity of young student; Encourage them to build the skills of innovation and enjoy it; Improve science teacher's professional development Establish the collaboration model between K-12 and higher education in STEM field; Short term goals Enhance the awareness of Intel ISEF(science education) to more provinces to encourage students and teachers; Design and implement the reliable science teacher training programs; Explore the training and mentorship model for students on STEM projects; 5

6 Intel ISEF Educator Academy Intel ® Education Programs 6 Action Plan Develop or localize curriculum for science teacher and science student respectively; Conduct 2 science teacher training workshops with 80 teachers with Intel Education STEM resource by end of Q1 2014; Pilot the school-college collaboration model on STEM education to recruit more mentors by end of Q1 2014; Conduct at least one international exchange activity for Chinese teachers.
