2. Food They hunted buffalo, but they also ate snakes, lizards, armadillos, worms, snails, spiders and insects. When times were hard they ate rotten wood. For diet they ate plants. Women and kids gathered leave, cactus fruits, and nuts.

3. Shelter They lived in dome shaped huts made by cutting and bending young trees and covering them with reed mats and animal hides. They could quickly roll up the mats and hides, place them on their backs, and move to next the location.

4. Appearance Sandals-fibers from lechuguilla plants, short skirts and breach cloth made of animal skins, buffalo robes- winter, children were mostly naked.

7. Clothing They didn’t wear much clothing. Men wore long breechcloth that fell to their knees Women wore short skirts from soft skin Both wore fiber sandals and lavishly decorated their clothing with animal teeth, seeds, and other ornaments.

8. Other Info 1600s and 1700s their land was invaded by other Indians from the North. These invaders had been driven South by the Lipan Apaches, then Camaches pushed the Lipans into Coahuiltcan territory.
