2 Activities:  Relay Race  Stretching Exercises Total time: 15 minutes

3 Relay Race Including:  Jumping jacks (x 15)  Skipping (x 15)  Stairs (x 3 sets)  Swiss ball push-ups (x 15)  Running  Winner is first team to have 10 beanbags

4 Relay Race  Time: 10 minutes  Intensity: High (intermittent)  Purpose: Raise heart rate and body temperature

5 Stretching Exercises Leg stretches Shoulder and Triceps Quads Shoulder Back

6 Stretching Exercises  Time: 5 minutes  Intensity: Low  Purpose: Stretch muscles after warmed up to prevent injury

7 Activities:  Taebo – is an aerobic exercise routine developed from tae kwon do and was one of the first “cardio- boxing” programs. It uses the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace to promote fitness. Total time: 25 minutes

8 Taebo  Time: 25 minutes  Intensity: Moderate to High  Purpose: to improve aerobic fitness, increase heart rate, improve strength, muscular endurance and flexibility

9 Activities:  Yoga Total Time: 10 minutes

10 Yoga Time: 10 minutes Intensity: Low Purpose: it affects the whole body, stretching and toning muscles, joints, the spine, and the entire skeletal system
