4. 50 Coach kicks the ball to the P’s and then it becomes a 3 on 2 to the forwards. You can have more mids or forwards to increase the difficulty. Also you could start with a contested marking situation in the back pocket with crumbers who then work th ball up to the P’s. 6. 50 Coach kicks the ball to the 4 on 2 in the defensive 50 and then the aim is to move the Ball down the ground to score a goal Full Ground With Opposition 4 on 2 2 on 1

9. 50 Ball gets kicked in from FB to P2 who then kicks to P3 who then kicks to leading CHF’s P4 or P5. 10. 50 Players to play only in their zone and once the ball is out then they play no further part. Ball gets kicked in from full back and the move the ball up the ground to enable a shot on goal. If there is a turnover then the ball gets kicked in straight away to start the same process at the other end. Great chance for players to be both attackers and defenders. 13. 50 P1 as part of the 8 defenders kicks the ball in and then they must move the ball up the ground to get it to the ½ way mark. The ball then is immediately moved back to try and score a goal. A good transitional drill to work on attack and defence. HALF GROUND 8 on 8 P1 A player to lead to receive the ball coming out of defence.
