Watch how they are setting up in attack and defence. Draw these in boxes 3 and 4. c) You need to set your attacking formation and your defending formation to beat your opponents. 4 Attacking Top Tips! 1)Create continuity- Keep the attack flowing by having support to pass quickly and catch the defence off guard. 2) Apply pressure-applying the above principles will result in a score which will put pressure on the other team. 3) 4) Defending Top Tips! 1) Contest possession- by tagging the opposition and making them pass. 2) Go forward- this will prevent the opposition from gaining ground. 3) 4) What did your team do best today?
