Saving a RHET Packet in TFACTS The following slides will walk you through the process of scanning/saving RHET packets into TFACTS. Once you have successfully saved the RHET packet into TFACTS, you will no longer be required to fax or email that information to RHET.

After completing a Resource Search, you will be taken to the “Resource Overview” screen. Click on the “Home Study” link and the home study history will display to the right. Click on the “document” link to the right of the appropriate home study.

Click on the “Document Type” drop down box. As you will see in the box displayed, these are your “Document Type” selections. Click on the “RHET Packet” option.

Type in the name of the file into the “Document Name” box. We suggest that you choose a document name as shown to the right or last name, first name and date.

Click “Browse” to attach your file. A box will pop up that will allow you to search for your document. Once you have located your document, click “Open”

Your document should now show below the “Display” button. This means your document is now saved into TFACTS. To the right you should see the name of the person who saved the document, as well as the date and the time it was saved. Please click on the “Document ID” to review your saved information. You will just want to ensure that you saved the correct document and it appears as you have intended. If you wish to delete this document and start over, click the “delete” link to the left.
