Objectives  To reduce energy consumption from the manufacturing industrial sector in ASEAN countries by 100,000 MWh;  To reduce emissions of greenhouse gases by 55,000 t-CO2 equivalent in ASEAN countries ; and  To increase the professional standing of accredited energy managers.
