6  it is necessary to maintain the attention during all shift  reaction must be quick and in time  deal with a lot of pieces of information containing with flight, plan,..(rout, altittude, meteo information, unknow trafic, activited area,…  one hour of heavy air traffic and another one for felax

7  it can cause pressure on ATCo - necessity of the reliability  small mistake can bring the death of many people

8  very important for doing your work for keeping at top level  minimalisation of errors

9  with colleques and superiors  no motivation (no feedbacks), neglecting of work  because of lack of air traffic controllers

10  privatem problem in family and separation from family  negative influence on work because of family arguments and conflicts at home

11  24 hours shifts  work at night  more difficult to stand up and concentrate  it can change the biorythm  the lack of sleep can cause worse concentratuin and change of mood  unregular time for eatting  sitting work  noise, bad light at the workplace  temperature in the room – using air conditions

12  the time of reaction is longer  the memory is getting worst  the activity decrease  burnt-out  overwork  the worst consequence of the exhausting is lossing of the attantion and the higher amount of faults

13  regular medical and psychological examinations  training on simolator (maintenance training with non- standard situations, emergencies, communication failure, e.t.c…)  keeping the break between working hours (relaxing, hobbies, sports,..)  14 days of rehabilitation rper a year – for relaxing and rest from work  lower temperature at the workplace  correct light at the workplace  to work as a TEAM!!!!
