RLAP – What approach do we adopt to introducing a Learning Alliance Platform in NR?  Do we intend to consider the ICC meetings as the Regional Learning Alliance with an injection of the learning component?  Do we intend to continue the monthly learning and sharing?  Who documents the learning(key issues from the discussions)?  How do we finance the meetings, what is the status of the current financing for the ICC,will the current financing process continue?  How will the documentation be financed ?
