2 Introduction Dubai is one of the seven Emirales (states) that joined in together in 1971 Team Members Introduction Dubai is located on the Persian Gulf, in the northeast of the united Arab Emirales. Government was intitially called Dubai government, then changed in June 2013 to Dubai smart Government, the politics takes place in framework a federal, government, presidential, absolute monarchy. Using big attractions such as trade, transports, tourism, industry and finance. The school system in Dubai does not differ from education in the United Arab Emirales there are public and private schools serving, the united Arab Emirales is responsible for accreditation of schools. The minority group of Emirales are very protective over their culture and traditions, The traditional fashion for women is a black abaya and a white kandura for men sometimes different colors are even seen. There are many dishes in Dubai most of them include lamb, shrimp, chicken, meat, fish and many wheats. There are many entertainments in Dubai such as amusement parks, beaches, zoos, museums, skyscrapers and many more.

3 Dubai It only rains once or twice in a year in Dubai Dubai is building a climate controlled “city” 2.25 times as big as Monaco In 1968 there were only 13 cars in the city The flag contains the Pan-Arab colors red, green, white and black which symbolize Arabian unity.

4 Geographical Information Dubai is becoming a highly population it is developing faster. Dubai has become the 7 th most popular tourist destination. Dubai has become this way due to low cost of living for the people.

5 Government and Politics Has a federal president and prime minister Each emirate has a separate ruler who oversees the local government Increased between federal and local government Also upgrading of services and improving civil services

6 Economics Revenue from petroleum and natural gas currently account for less than 2% of the emirates gross domestic. Economy initially built on revenues from the oil industry. Its economy on tourism by building hotels and developing real estate. Is also increasingly developing as a hub for service industries such as IT and finance.

7 Educational Structure After kindergarten students are admitted to primary school. The education system structure is fourteen years of education. Secondary education are offered free for every citizen. Most children get sent either back to their home country or western countries for university education. Education plan involves mainly two things investment, and healthcare. One college is located in every large city in an Urban setting and primarily a commuter campus Cost Is normally around $1 billion

8 Culture and Fashion Women wear loose clothing that must cover shoulders, men wear shorts and a t-shirt Traditional dances like the folk dance, the liwa, the haban, and many more related dances Cultural events include Dubai art fair, Dubai world cup, and festival shows Many festivals include the jazz fests, festival of tastes, national festival day and many more

9 Food and Resources The majority of crops grown are tomatoes, cabbage, eggplant, squash, and cauliflower Farming produce for many locals such as Iran, Syria, Lebanon, and Saudi Native recipes or dishes include stuffed camel, or even lamb is included

10 Entertainment Most entertainment is off of tradition in Dubai there are many things to do this also includes a lot of attractions as well.
