3. SSI Project Home Page ssiproject.rutgers.edu Once there, click on the TIF link.

4. SSI Project Home Page Teacher Incentive Fund Login Log into the portal using your school email address On your first login, use the password: ssi2014 Make sure to change your password afterwards

5. SSI Project Portal Welcome Screen Welcome to the SSI Project Portal!Once you login, you will have three options:Update your Profile InformationEnter or review CSS ObservationsEnter or review Danielson Observations

6. SSI Project Portal Change Your Password On your first log in to the portal, you will need to change your password Click Update Profile Information under My Profile

7. SSI Project Portal Change Your Password Confirm the email address that you would like to use and your name Enter your new password and confirm the new password Be sure to click Save!

8. SSI Project Portal Change Your Password A message will appear confirming the password change Log out of the portal and then log back in

9. SSI Project Portal Exiting the Portal You can log out of the portal any time by clicking Logout

10. SSI Project Portal What’s Next? Thank you for completing the SSI Portal General Overview Training. As new features of the portal become available, we will provide you with updates and subsequent training. Next, you will need to review the SSI Portal Trainings for each direct classroom observation measure your school will be using to evaluate teachers. You can find these additional trainings in your portal access email. If you need this email resent to you, please contact us. You can also access these trainings via the Resources page on our project website: http://ssiproject.rutgers.edu/resources/ As part of the SSI Project, both observers and teachers will be using the Classroom Strategies Scale (CSS). Please review the CSS Portal Training first. If you are an Observer, please review the CSS Portal Training for Observers If you are a Teacher, please review the CSS Portal Training for Observers Afterwards, please review the SSI Portal Training for the direct classroom observation measure your school uses. For example, if your school is using the Danielson Framework for Teaching, please review this training. If you do not see a training for your direct classroom observation measure (e.g. Danielson, Stronge, McREL, Marshall, etc.) at this time, stay tuned. We are working very hard to add your information into our portal and will have this information available to you as soon as possible.
