2 BBS Track™ Why conduct a job hazard analysis (JHA)? To identify existing or potential job hazards. To help establish and properly document safety procedures. To train employees in safer, more efficient work practices. To determine the best way to perform a job. To establish ways to reduce or eliminate any identified hazards.
