10 Iowa Jobs Training Program (260f) Program Focus –Available for Iowa companies who are upgrading their Iowa employees through additional training Cost to Business –No more than already being spent –Must provide 25% of training program cost as ‘cash match’ Funding Limit –Project awards limited to $25,000 per business site –Maximum $50,000 over three-year period

11 Iowa Jobs Training Program (260f) Guidelines –Provides state-funded forgivable loans or grants to Iowa businesses training existing employees –Loan is forgivable if business completes its training program and trains specified number of employees Qualifications –Must be engaged in interstate or intrastate commerce for the purpose of manufacturing, processing, assembling products, or conducting research & development –Provide services in interstate commerce
