A new born baby is the new generation of their parent. Parents also waiting for their new baby to born. After born sometimes their parents doing some kinds of ritual to celebrate their new born baby. If you want to know more check this out

The Muslim call to prayer or adhaan are the first words a newborn Muslim baby should hear. They are whispered into the right ear of the child by his or her father. The baby's first taste should be something sweet, so parents may chew a piece of date and rub the juice along the baby's gums. It was a practice carried out by the Prophet Muhammad and is believed to help tiny digestive systems to kick in.

Any child born from Jewish mother is considered as a Jew. In Jewish the baby rite is different from baby boy and baby girl. The important part for young Jewish boys is the Brit Milah (circumcision ceremony).

New born baby rituals are different depending on which Buddhist traditions a family follows and their local culture. Buddhism divide into three traditions.  Theravada Buddhism  Tibetan Buddhism  Mahayana

The Simantonnyana is performed during the seventh month. This is the equivalent of a baby shower and means 'satisfying the craving of the pregnant mother'. Prayers are offered for the mother and child with emphasis on healthy mental development of the unborn child. Hindus believe that mental state of a pregnant woman affects the unborn child. Once the child enters the world, Jatakarma is performed to welcome the child into the family, by putting some honey in the child's mouth and whispering the name of God in the child's ear. Other rituals include a naming ceremony (Namakarna), the Nishkarmana (the child's first trip out) and the Annaprasana, (the child's first taste of solid food).

In some Christian denominations babies are baptized as a symbol of welcome and belonging to the family of the Church. In this ceremony water is sprinkled on the baby's head as a symbol of new life and of being washed clean from sin. Parents and godparents promise to bring the baby up in the Christian faith following Jesus's example.

First my father call Adhaan in my right ear and call Iqomat in my left ear. Than when already 7 month my family do rituals Pitoni taking a bath with Bunga setaman. Than when the baby grow older the prent will circumcision to the baby.

DifferencesSimilarities In my culture the boy and girl do the same rituals not like in Jewish. I also bring ritual from a local culture in Java like Pitoni I use same rituals in Islam ways I also do circumcision but with different materials. Every religion will make rituals to appreciat what god gave us

To show some respect by not making fun of people who celebrate that traditions. Being open-minded by show some care or appreciate or empathy. Show respect not making negative or bad issues about that traditions. We must respect other culture, beliefs of the people. EXAMPLE: ( + ): Garry is walking down the street and he saw a group of people doing some kinds of ritual. He want to know what a group of people doing a ritual so he ask a man near the group. “ Hey what are they doing right now?” the man answer “they are celebrating their new born baby by praying to god because god have gave him or her a new baby”. “Ooh… so their group is different from our religion”. Than Garry appreciate that culture and traditions and say to his friend not to make fun of that traditions.
