2 Our mission The Learning Resource centers on both the Knowlton and Hough campuses were established in 2006 to meet the need identified by parents and teachers to have additional resources and support for academics. The Learning Resource centers on both the Knowlton and Hough campuses were established in 2006 to meet the need identified by parents and teachers to have additional resources and support for academics.
