3  Please check in at the NGWA Registration Desk when you arrive.  Tell us you are either a moderator or a speaker and give us your name. Speakers and Moderators

4  Be prepared to introduce yourself and your presenters.  NGWA will email you a code number for continuing  education verification.  NGWA staff will email you a moderator summary form. Moderators

5  A/V Issues: Call Greg  at 614-735-4954.  (Laser pointers and timers are provided.)  Keep speakers on time. (20 minutes for intro, presentation, and questions)  Be mindful of room resets. Moderators (continued) )
