Evolution of Collaboration ACC has 1,200 thoracic surgeon members STS has 5,300 thoracic surgeon members ACC has longstanding and increasing collaborative relationship with STS ACC Presidents including James Dove, MD, MACC, Doug Weaver, MD, MACC, Fred Bove, MD, MACC and Ralph Brindis, MD, FACC provided tremendous support for Surgeon leaders and ACC collaboration activities

Are there any concerns to increased surgeon involvement? What are the barriers to increasing surgeon involvement? How can Surgeons Council support Chapter based collaborations?
