11. 11 The checklists over the next couple of pages can help you remember & organize your materials. i.

12. 12 Material check-out/ check-in 7:00-7:40- Material check-out from the Computer Lab Check-out, count tests, & sign for testing materials to verify you were given the correct # of testing materials. Check-in, count tests, & sign verify the correct # of testing materials are being returned. Please make sure all absent and overflow students are written on the form. Please make sure you turn in DFA with your materials everyday.

13. 13 Testing Starts at Exactly 8:15 No tests can be passed out before 8:15. –At 8:10, pass out pencils, rulers, & scratch paper 1 st. All tests will be given in Advisory NOTE: Please check your roster everyday to make sure the right students are in your classroom. For those of you have students moving to another classroom for 1 or more parts of the CMA, the students should be marked on your roll.

14. 14 Materials… Two No. 2 pencils with erasers (plus extras). Please sharpen after 1 st day. Do not Disturb sign Math- scratch paper will be graph paper. Used scratch paper is secure and must be returned daily. Please remove scratch paper from all books and return in a separate pile.

15. 15 7 th Grade Only Math Directions for Administration Students need to bubble Type of Math. Both CST and CMA Pg. 23 In the Say Boxes. Please go to Math Part 1 and Highlight it No 7 th Grade Algebra students this year.

17. 17 Before returning your test… Collect all tests from students who are finished and put them back into the testing box Absences: Write any students who are absent on the absence sheet, so we can keep track of make-ups.

18. 18 Overflow for CST and CMA in the Cafeteria Tests are not timed Overflow Form: Write any students who are going to the Cafeteria to finish their test on the form. If you don’t, we will think you are missing tests. Escort students. Students cannot go to the cafeteria or carry testing materials. Please call the office if most of your students are still testing and the time is almost over.

19. 19 Turn in Tests Recess All tests must be turned in at this time to the Computer Lab. Do not forget … The DFA The “Do not disturb sign” posted on your door Scratch paper from math tests You will count in and be checked off before leaving. Please note: Keep your pencils Pencils will be pre-sharpened for the 1 st day. Please sharpen your pencils after the 1 st day.

20. 20 Testing Reminders…. Room Prep.- make sure to take down all posters that correspond to the Test. Students needing to go to the bathroom testing must have an escort. No Students can walk unaccompanied with tests in their hand. Use “say boxes” to give instructions Walk the room while students are testing If you see they skipped a bubble, make sure to let them know. If students finish early, encourage them to go back and check their work— do not have fun activities for them to do when they are finished.
