The three ways are: 1.Healthy Eating 2.Feeling Good Inside 3.Getting Active As a way to improve your lifestyle, you could do those things but they also get you to set yourself a target. But don’t make it too hard or aim too high. Its okay to go in smaller stages. If you’re having trouble choosing a challenge to set yourself. 3 Page 1 Page 2 Page 5Page 3 Page 4 Eat Well! Eating well is all part of a healthy lifestyle. It includes your 5 a day, from fruit and veg. It also includes plenty of water to keep you hydrated! The Challenge: Try to eat your 5 a day, everyday as part of your healthy lifestyle, if you already include this in your daily routine eat six instead of five!

It can include doing fun activities like, swimming or sports such as netball or football, but you don’t have to do it on your own, you can get your friends and family to join in with you, to make it more fun! The Challenge: Try to walk 1 mile everyday, to get more active, if you already do this, make it 2 miles. Try to include it into your routine, eg walking to work and back etc.

The Challenge: Try to talk to someone (a close friend or family member) to solve any problems you may have, once you have talked about something that was originally on your mind, you may feel better afterwards.
