8 BaltCoast Recommendations on ICZM 1. 1. ICZM is the responsibility of political bodies of all levels 2. 2. Do not create new ICZM specific institutions 3. 3. Cross-sectoral agencies at regional level should take the lead for implementation 4. 4. Link regional approach with case-specific solutions 5. 5. The focus should be on implementation and visible results
