2 INTRODUCTION Today ' s children to a world facing increasingly uncertain where inequality, migration from rural to city, family disruption, natural disasters, political and social conflicts, low levels of education and nutrition. There are approximately 200 million street children worldwide. Millions of children are deprived of their basic rights such as education, health, protection and are exposed to abuse and exploitation. Recognizing the need to make this age so vulnerable in this world of inequality, the idea to create a time of opportunity.
