4. 4 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Log in or Create an Account Log in if you already have an APICS account. Create one if you do not by clicking on “Forgot User Name and Password” below the log in box.

5. 5 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Reset Password Your user name will default to your APICS ID that is included in the Verification email The secret question will default to your email address. You must use the address where the Verification email was sent

6. 6 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Password Confirmation Page This page confirms the creation of login credentials. This is not a confirmation of membership. You are required to log in again. Do not click the JOIN APICS button, as you will be directed back to the general website.

9. 9 © APICS Confidential and Proprietary Verify/Change Your Student Chapter Your administrator has already chosen a Student Chapter for you The Chapter must be for the school you are currently attending. If your school does not have a Chapter, Student Member-at-Large will be selected. You do have the opportunity to change you Chapter in the case you are not registered in the correct one.

This contains the same information as the original verification message. The emails will be sent out for a period of three months before order will expire.
