6. Student campaigners Reading University already has some good environmental policies, including the green electricity policy we campaigned for two years ago. But there is huge room for improvement, especially on recycling. As a pillar of the local community with top departments in meteorology and renewable engineering reading has a special responsibility to take the lead Ross Wilson, Reading P&P group member Having run the campaign for two years and put in a lot of hard work we're actually seeing the difference it's made now. We've got increased recycling provision, sustainable purchasing initiatives and better transport planning but there's still room for improvement and we'll be keeping the pressure on!
