4. Room Bookings MSASS Room Booking calendar is available at the Mandel School website Rooms can be booked by submitting the online room request form or by calling the front desk MSASS Room Bookings list on website MSASS Room Bookings

5. Room Request Forms Special Request for room layout (separate from the online booking form) Supplies for Meetings Rooms must be put back to the original layout

6. MSASS Maintenance Cleaning Crew Vending Machines Phone Service Bulb Replacement Heating/AC Carpet Cleaning Painting of Walls and Doors Kitchens Coffee Supplies

8. Front Desk Students handle parking, room bookings, Federal Express forms, and sorting of mail Front Desk has voice mail for after hours messages
