7 LIHTC Funding Information Funding Round Information: There is a separate page for each year’s funding round, beginning with a combined page for 2003 and 2004, and individual pages for all years since, up to and including the present year. Information regarding Funding Rounds will be posted on the appropriate page throughout the year, including: Threshold scores Notices of funding round Applicant information Lottery Announcements, Eligible Projects, and Results Reservation information Prior Year Allocations: This page contains lists of allocations for every year of the LIHTC Program, from 1987 to the present.

8 LIHTC Point Scores Geographic System Go to www.michigan.gov/mshdawww.michigan.gov/mshda Click on Developers & Contractors along the left side Click on link to Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Click on “MSHDA’s Combined Application for Rental Housing Programs Scroll down past the bulleted list of programs to the link that says LIHTC Point Scores (these words will be preceded by the current calendar year) and click See instructions in the following six slides for assistance

9 Find the county you are looking for and click on it

10 The map will zoom in on the selected county

11 Click on the county map to center your area of interest Use the zoom function This map is centered on MSHDA’s building site, and the zoom function was used 5 times to get this close

12 Click on “Points” button above the map to generate a report Applicable items will highlight, others will remain dim Print this report and include with Exhibit 18 of your application

13 For an existing building with a complete address, choose the “Search” button above the map once you have selected a county Enter complete address (do not use apostrophes in city or street names) and click “Go”

14 Click on “Points” to get a report (you can zoom in if you want, but it is not necessary)
