3. Mary selects the Corporate Advisory and sees a list of previous draft bills her team has created. She taps her previous draft of the January 2014 Invoice.

5. She decides she wants to create a new draft instead of working off this previous draft. Clicking the back button returns her to her list of draft bills.

7. Mary taps ‘New’ to create a new invoice.

9. She types the draft name, continues with the Invoice draft type default selected, and specifies to use include unbilled WIP from January in the bill. She then selects ‘Create New Draft’

11. Mary wants to change the bank and routing information for the PDF invoice, she selects ‘Edit’

13. She checks that the Bounty Mining’s bill-to and payer information is correct, then edits the bank name and account number. She then taps save to return to the PDF draft.

19. Mary changes the name of the draft. She selects ‘Submit’ which changes the status of the draft for approval and notifies the Engagement Partner, and Billing Approver, Peter.

20. The status of the draft changes to ‘Awaiting Approval’ and notifies the Engagement Partner, and Billing Approver, Peter.
