1 How to Use the Artifact Wizard to Submit an Assignment Use this when you’ve when you've already uploaded a file in Tk20 but you need to submit it to an assignment so that your instructor can see it

2 Click on the “Artifacts” tab

3 Select the “Artifact Wizard”

4 Select “I would like to attach a previously created artifact to this task” and “Continue” 1 2

5 Select the document that you want to submit to an assignment. Next, under “Select Task,” click on the name of the assignment that you want to add it to. 1 2

6 If you have only one file to submit for the assignment, choose “Submit” to send your assignment to your instructor. Choose “Save Draft” if you have more than one file to submit. Submit If you have more than one file to submit, click Save Draft

7 To verify that your item has been submitted, check the “Artifacts” list to see if you see a padlock next to the file. The padlock symbol indicates that the file has been submitted to an assignment (or a portfolio).

8 If you need to add additional items to your assignment, go back to the “Artifact Wizard” and repeat the steps outlined in this presentation until hit “Submit” to send the assignment to your instructor.
