2. Follow these steps to register: Step 1: Be sure you have your Blue Cross of Idaho member card before beginning! Go to www.bcidaho.com and click on Members in the “Select a Secure Log-in” box

3. Step 2: Click “Register Now”

4. Step 3: Enter your name, date of birth, Enrollee ID Number and Program or Group Number from your ID card Then choose a username, provide your email address and click the “Submit” button

5. Next steps Blue Cross of Idaho will send you a secure email with: The username you provided us in the registration process A randomly generated password When you receive the email, return to bcidaho.com and: Enter your username Enter the password you received in our email to you You will then be asked to reset your password Choose a password that will be easy for you to remember but difficult for other people to guess

6. Access WellConnected Step 1: Go to www.bcidaho.com and click on Members in the “Select a Secure Log-in” box

7. Step 2: Enter your username and password in the “Members Login” box and click “Go” or just hit “enter”

8. Step 3: Select “Click here to access a personal health assessment tool to check up on your current health and help you design a plan to start getting healthier today!”

9. Register in the wellness tool The first time you access the WellConnected health & well-being tool, you will need to complete a brief registration process where you will: Accept the terms and conditions Accept the privacy policy Establish your profile Confirm information and register

10. Once you are registered, you will be able to take the Health & Well-being assessment, one of the more in-depth Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, Fitness or Back & Joint assessments or enroll in a Lifestyle Management Program.
