3 UG_0700021_A User ManualGlovis India TMS Project 3 ① Log in Description  If `ENTER KEY` is pushed or `LOGIN` button is clicked after `USER ID` and `PASSWORD` are inputted, the log in is performed.  When the log in is failed 13 times, a user account is set to be locked, and an administrator performs a release of the set lock in a User menu to release the set lock.  Check `Caps Lock` key state because an ID and Password distinguishes a capital letter from a small character. 1.1 User Management Business StepLog in Process Name1. 4 UG_0700021_A User ManualGlovis India TMS Project 4 1.1 User Management ① PASSWORD Change Description  Input an USER ID in a log in screen.  Open PASSWORD change window, as shown above, by clicking a `CHANGE PASSWORD` button.  Input an old password and a new password in PASSWORD change window, and click a `change` button.  The old password must be not same with the new password.  Check the new password by Re-enter.  The password must have at least four places. 5 UG_0700021_A User ManualGlovis India TMS Project 5 ① Log in for Dealer Description  This is a screen for each of dealers, and a log in is performed by inputting an ID of a dealer in a log in screen.  If the log in is completed, the vehicle dispatch status may be automatically inquired as shown above.  Because each of dealers performs an inquiry after the log in, the dealer may inquire the only information related to the dealer. Gate Out -> Dispatch date and time TP CD -> Truck Code PLATE NO -> Number of truck VENDOR -> Transport vendor code and name CAR LINE -> vehicle model loaded on transport COLOR -> Color of vehicle loaded on transport VIN No -> Vacant number of vehicle loaded on transport E/D of Inquiry Condition of an upper part denotes an export, a domestic division. ( Log in ID is a dealer code and password is set to be same with the ID. AdminWritten byYun ParkDate2008.10.01 ※ Business Description This is a screen for managing information of a user using GITMS. The information of the user is generated, modified and deleted. A lock of a user who is denied by log in failures of 13 times may be released. Authority is requested to be access to this. A user is automatically generated to each of dealer codes based on information of dealers received from HMI and an operator of GIN so that each of dealers inquires a vehicle dispatch status. If all dealers perform log in using dealer codes as an ID password, the dispatch status of the vehicle, which is transported to a corresponding dealer, may be inquired. (Referring to 6 page)

7 UG_0700021_A User ManualGlovis India TMS Project 7 Screen Name User Entry Menu Path Admin > User ① Inquiry Condition/Register Information Description  Register user information by clicking `Save button` after inputting `User Name`, `ID`, `Password`, `Division`, `Position`, `Service position`.  Inquiry a user corresponding to an inquiry condition by pushing a search button after inputting an inquiry condition.  Password has 4 places to 10 places. 1.1 User Management ② Button Description  Clear : Clear an inquiry condition/entry information.  Search : Search a user matched with an inquiry condition.  Save : Register and modify a new user.  Delete : Delete a selected user. ※ User information is newly inputted by an only administrator, and a normal user has an inquiry authority. AdminWritten byYun ParkDate2008.10.01 1 ① Setting Button  A user who fails to log in 13 times consecutively is in a locked state and does not perform the log in.  If the log in is successful, 13 times tries are initialized. Ex) If the log in is successful after 12 times failures, although a next log in is failed, a user can try to log in 13 time again.  If the user who is locked can not log in until an administrator releases the locked user. `Setting` button performs this function.

AdminWritten byYun ParkDate2008.10.01 ※ Business Description This is a screen for managing a menu use authority of Users using GITMS. GITMS has an authority program for all menu. That is, there is nothing to do without the authority. Even if there is no authority for this menu which modifies the authority, this screen cannot be shown. A user having an administrator authority has the authority for assigning the authority to each of users. There is no authority, although log in is performed, a user cannot use a menu. For example, because each of dealers does not have any authority, the dealer may see an only dispatch status inquiry page.

A new template may be generated by selecting `New`. 1.2 Authority Setting Management ② Button Description  Save : Save and Modify a selected authority setting status.  Delete : Delete an inquired template.  a used template can not be deleted.  Close : Close the window Business StepAuthority Template Setting Process Name1. Click ※ Definition  Authority Template assigned to a user is generated and managed.  The generated template allows to assign authority to a user easily.

Click ※ Definition  Authority for a menu accessible for a system is assigned to each of users.  Authority matched with each of the users is assigned by selecting a predefined template, or a menu unit.  Authority assigning and modification are performed by clicking `Setting` button.  A red color denotes a top menu, a yellow color and a green color denote a Left menu.  If authority of ① is selected, authority template is brought and applied.
