2.  Community partnership between the City of Dayton, Montgomery County, the Dayton Dragons and the Downtown Dayton Partnership business community.  Neighborhood was traditionally light to medium industry and suffering at the time from a lack of re-investment  Dragons’ arrival was a catalyst for regeneration of the area.  The stadium is an anchor for redevelopment that encourages mixed-use development, including commercial, retail and housing.

3.  The City and the County have invested over $15 Million.  Dragons have invested over $8 Million in the 12 years since the stadium was constructed.  RiverScape riverfront project near the stadium has made significant roadway, infrastructure and streetscape improvements around the stadium.  Bar and restaurant business up 20% to 30% for home games.

13.  All 29 suites sold out before the first game through strong business and community support.  For the 12 th straight year, the Dragons finished in the top 10 in attendance when they surpassed the 7.1 million mark in 2011.  95% of season ticket holders renewed for the 2011 season.  Finished the year with 844 consecutive sell out games.  Ballpark Digest named the Dragons as the 2011 Minor League Baseball “Organization of the Year”.
