3 Chief Directorate Communication | 2011.00.00 EE ONLINE REPORTING - EMPLOYER ACCESS To access the EE online service a username & password is required. Newly designated employer(s) may register online. To access EE online reporting facility visit : www.labour.gov.zawww.labour.gov.za Click “employment equity online reporting” link under online services.

6 REMINDER LETTER Employers who have previously reported can use the reminder letter Employers must send the reminder letter to capturers by e-mail to activate the username and password

9 EE ONLINE REPORTING – FORGOT PASSWORD Employer who forgot password, can click on “forgot password” link on the EE reporting login page. You will receive a screen that requires you to enter the company username and CEO email address You will then receive a password by e-mail that you have to copy and thereafter click “activate EE user" link Paste the password on the screen that follows Use the system generated password as your old password and enter your newly created password.

Complete the mini registration form and click submit. Wait for the confirmation letter with login details. Employers are required to activate their account before they can login. Employers who have previously submitted an EE report are not required to register

16 Please note the rule for acceptable passwords: alphanumeric, at least 8 or more characters, 1 special character(!@#$% etc).

18 EE ONLINE REPORTING Click on “capture EE report” link and complete all sections of EEA2 & EEA4 forms. Employer(s) may click “request EE report” link to request a copy of their reports for CEO’s approval. Press submit button (no changes allowed after submission ). A copy of the EEA2 & EEA4 forms including acknowledgement letter will be forwarded to the CEO and EE Manager via email.

22 Important hints The following changes needs a letter signed by the CEO: Contact details of the CEO and EE Manager Structure of the company e.g. mergers, restructurings etc The reporting process e.g. consolidation of the EE report for group companies

26 2012 EE PUBLIC REGISTER The fourteenth EE Public Register (Gazette No: 36362) was released on the 15 April 2013 by the Minister of Labour. This Register may be accessed on the DoL website at www.labour.gov.za or purchased from Government Printers at 012 334 4508. www.labour.gov.za The EE Public Register by Industry/Sector is also available on the DoL website to the public.
