Property owners in tourism industry can now submit tourist statistics to Tourism Department and Form-C to Police Department through www.keralatourism.gov.in www.keralatourism.gov.in This facility can be availed of by property owners who are members of the online database of Kerala Tourism. The members will be given separate username and password. 5. Steps for submitting Form-C 3. Click the link ‘Click here for log in’ link under E-submission of Form-C

7. Steps for submitting Form-C 5. Click the link ‘Authorized User Sign Up’ and create a username and password. (The username and password will be approved within 24 hours by the Dept. of Tourism.)

8. Steps for submitting Form-C 6. After getting approval, login to the Form-C submission link with the username and password given by Kerala Tourism and furnish Form-C details and click the button SAVE

10. Steps for submitting Form-C 8. Login again to the Form-C submission link with the authorized username and password.

11. Steps for submitting Form-C 9. Click the link ‘Forms Pending Authentication’ and authorize Form-C waiting for authentication.

13. Steps for submitting Form-C 11. Once a Form-C is authorized, an acknowledgement will be generated and stored in the ‘Acknowledgment’ section.

14. Steps for submitting Form-C 12. If you click on the acknowledgments of a date, all Form-C submitted on that date will be displayed.

15. Steps for submitting Form-C 13. Click the button ‘Print’. A document will be opened with corresponding Form-C details. Take a print out of this and keep it along with supporting documents (copy of foreigner’s passport, visa copy etc).

17. 1. Click on the link ‘Tourist data entry’

19. Tourist Statistics submission 3. Select Tourist type (Domestic or Foreign)

20. Tourist Statistics submission 4. If “domestic’’ is selected, select State from the list under ‘Tourist From’. If “foreign’’ is selected, select Country from the list under ‘Tourist From’.

21. Tourist Statistics submission 5. Enter the number of tourists and click the button ‘Save’. The saved data will be displayed on the page.

22. Tourist Statistics submission 6. Once data entry is finished, click the button ‘Have you finished data entry?’
