2. PROJECT PROGRESS REPORT College Center for the Arts Project Team: Architect: John Sergio Fisher & Associates Construction Manager: Parsons Brinckerhoff Contractor: C. Overaa & Co Project Update: The exterior siding, stucco and windows are 99% complete. The interior of the building is 97% complete in segment "B" which is the facility offices and the rehearsal rooms. The Black Box Theater and the Main Auditorium infrastructure elements are continuing and will be completed this month.
