4 Current Construction Projects LAC Building A – Student Services Retrofit Measure E 2008 4 Adds 6,500 Sq. Ft. to existing building Notice To Proceed given to SMC Construction on 12/29/10 Will house A&R, Counseling, Health Services, Cashier, Transfer Ctr., etc. End of construction anticipated Summer 2012

5 Current Construction Projects LAC Parking Structure – Measure E 2008 5 Spaces for 900 Vehicles Finalizing installation of solar arrays, irrigation, signage, and data/telecom runs Anticipated end of Construction Spring 2011

6 Current Construction Projects LAC Building O Complex – Measure E 2008 6 Two structures totaling 87,000 square feet Occupants for Building O2 are Foundation, ERD, tenants, and ALCI (soon to come) Occupants for Building O1 will be IITS, BMT, and Warehouse Facility Anticipated completion February 2011

7 7 LAC Infrastructure Improvement Project and District Wide Energy Efficiency Project Measure E 2008 Current Construction Projects Total annual estimated savings of 1.5 mil. Kwh Project started Fall 2009; currently working on phase 6 (partial), 7, 8A, 9A (Landscape), and 10 (G and H Quad area) Majority of existing building HVAC systems to be upgraded and connected to the Central Plant Buildings G & H are connected Buildings B, C, D, E, and J will be scheduled in the next couple months Exterior lighting and controls upgrades All parking lots north of Lew Davis are on new system New Reclaimed Water tie-ins to irrigation still to come New gas lines installed for Buildings B, C, D, E, G, H, J, M, N, and P New domestic lines installed for Buildings B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I Trailers, J, K,L, M, N, P Anticipated end of construction Winter 2011

10 Current Construction Projects PCC MDAB (Multi-Disciplinary Academic Building) Measure E 2002 and 2008 10 Notice To Proceed issued on 7/29/10 Currently in phase 1 of construction (DD and EE in construction) Portables for swing space installed Summer 2010 complete and occupied (MD Trailers) Project to be completed in two phases – estimated completion for DD and EE is Summer 2012

14 Upcoming Construction Projects PCC Building CC Retrofit - Measure E 2008 14 Houses the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, Weight Room, and Faculty and Staff Offices Swing space located on PCC Campus (Bldg. GG) Approved by DSA on 1/27/11. Bid process to commence shortly To be completed concurrently with MDAB project phase 1 Anticipated end of construction 2012
