Bridges Grant Guilford ’ s Bridges Program is made possible through a three-year grant from the Maryland Department of Education ’ s 21 st Century Community Learning Center Program No Child Left Behind Dollars Funding goes to MDSDE HCPSS Applies for the 21st CCLC grant Guilford is one of 17 HCPSS schools with Bridges program--looks different at each site.
