The Arizona Institute A tradition since 1946

What is the Arizona Institute? In-depth technical education with practical applications Industry experts cover 8 distinct areas of advanced financial, estate and retirement planning Held each year in January from Sunday evening to Friday noon

Why do people attend the Institute? To enhance technical expertise To learn about trends and changes in the field To exchange information and network with other attendees who are among the most successful and influential members of the Society. To earn CE credits (typically, up to 24) To start the year off with the most current information and ideas

What is different about The Institute? The attendance is limited to 115 people. This keeps the classroom small enough for a greater exchange of information and more interaction with the speakers. Each topic is covered in greater depth. Other programs may be an hour or two, but the Institute gives you 3 hours per topic.

What is different about the Institute? (cont’d.) Due to the advanced nature of the topics, the attendees represent the “best and brightest” of Society membership and the industry. This means an attendee gets the expertise of not only an expert speaker but years of collective experience from the other attendees. A range of topics to facilitate versatility for a multidisciplinary practice.

What is different about the Institute? (cont’d.) A Q&A period that allows you to ask the speaker your personal questions on a case or even debate something you heard in the classroom. A Mentor Program offers a discount on a member’s registration for bringing a first-timer to the Institute. The discount is typically 20-25%. Scheduled “down time” to sit by the pool, visit area attractions or do some business.
