2 The new route taken by ACIMGA starting from last year is in the process of REORGANIZING THE NETWORKING MODEL From strengthening its exhibitions Converflex and Grafitalia to catering to the needs of the Business Community The second step is now underway: openness, internationalization, social networks and industry events to share skills.

3 Openness, internationalization, clarity on the fact that growth can be promoted and can happen only by getting out of one’s specific field and sharing solutions and knowledge. This is the new route ACIMGA is setting: a new, future-oriented way of networking with new challenges clearly in focus.

4 ROLE OF THE ASSOCIATION STRUCTURE PROMOTION COMMUNICATION The action is based on four key points:

From association to CATERING TO THE NEEDS of the Package Printing Business Community At a time of dramatic change for the printing industry ACIMGA opened up to dialogue and offers services to the full package printing and converting production chain, on the strength of its close synergy with the packaging industry sectors.

6 2. Increasing the membership base: specialization groups, more room to partners. Presenting the NETWORK As the number of members grows - +42% in one year - specializations groups are set up and joined by partners: any company that can provide services to members in managing their business. The concept of supply network takes shape and substance

From promotion to CONTENT TRANSFER EVENTS At a time of momentous change for the printing industry ACIMGA opens up with a new format, dialogues and offers services to the full package printing and converting production chain, on the strength of its close synergy with the packaging industry sectors. Promotional events become chances to share knowledge, promote discussion and create synergies among the national and international stakeholders of the Package Printing and Converting Business Community.

From promotion to CONTENT TRANSFER EVENTS A key point is the relaunch and strengthening of trade exhibitions: Converflex, Grafitalia and UPAK Italia, part of the mission company Centrexpo Spa’s portfolio. The strategy is to concentrate on core business-related shows. Ipack Ima spa’s acquisition by Fiera Milano has ensured the necessary resources to tackle the vast, global opportunities offered by package printing and the close synergy with packaging developed over 15 years of organizational experience in industry sectors closely related to printing and converting.

9 4. Presence and activity on SOCIAL NETWORKS Leveraging social networks is a precise strategic choice for ACIMGA. Over just a few months on Linkedin, the world-leading professional network, ACIMGA became the Association with the largest number of followers compared to similar international organizations. This extends the boundaries of its action and ensures an ongoing exchange of information with the international Business Community.
