4 Procurement Timetable Stage 1 – Pre-qualification Questionnaire Advertised on www.yortender.co.uk on 27 September 2013www.yortender.co.uk Matrix which allows bidders to select geographical area/service package PQQ requires responses to questions on the different packages of delivery Deadline for response is 7 October 2013 PQQs will be assessed by the Sheffield City Region Talent Match working group on 8 October 2013

6 Local Procurement and Influence ITT specification will be designed centrally across the SCR Talent Match area The Local Management Group for Bassetlaw, Bolsover, Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire will take responsibility for local procurement and evaluation with support from Sheffield Futures Feedback from this workshop will inform local need within the ITT

9 Wage Subsidy Scheme £1.7m budget 300 jobs Provide a matching service between young people and employers Provide funding to employer to provide a job opportunity for 6 months Minimum wage level

10 Enterprise Creation £1.4m ‘additionality’ budget 2 Specialist Talent Match Coach 120 young people supported 5 new enterprises Work experience in social enterprises Partner with Key Fund.

11 Peer Mentoring £293k budget 300 beneficiaries 150 young volunteers Young Commissioners & Inspectors
