2 Step 1 Creation of User Id in SEZ Online System

3 Click here to initiate user creation Go to website www.sezoniln e-ndml.com

4 Select User category as SEZ Developer

5 If LOA Reference No. is not available, enter the last 3/4 digits of LOA No. Kindly enter only numbers in this field Click on Submit button after entering the details. On submission, the User Id will get created in the system Enter the LOA No. EXACTLY as mentioned in the LOA letter

7 Step 2 Filling up the Registration Form Online

8 Enter user id and password details and click on login button

9 Click on this link

10 developer Registration form is opened Fill the details in the given fields, (*) marked fields are mandatory Tab: General

11 Select type of SEZ applicable, i.e. if SEZ is for specific sector like Pharma or IT then select second option Tab: General

12 Select the industry Tab: General

13 On selection of this option LUT tab will be available to user On selection of Yes in this field Date of Commencement of operations field will be available and mandatory for user entry After filling all the details click on Save button Tab: General

14 On saving Details on General Tab all the other tabs will be available for user for data entry, To move to another tab click on the heading of respective tab

15 Click here to Add Details Tab: Director

16 Fill all the Mandatory fields and click on Save button Tab: Director

17 To add details of multiple directors, click here To delete details, select the Name of director from the list by clicking the check box and click the delete button Tab: Director

18 Click here to select the option Tab: Land

19 On selecting Yes, Land Ownership details will have to be entered Tab: Land

20 On selecting No Steps for acquisition of land will have to be entered Tab: Land

21 Fill all the mandatory details Tab: Investment

22 Click on Save button Tab: Investment

23 In this section details of capital structuring and pattern of holding are captured Click on Save after entering all the details Tab: Equity

24 In this section details regarding development activities in Processing and non processing area have to be mentioned Tab: Development

25 Click on Save after entering all the details Tab: Development

26 Details regarding Applicant have to be mentioned in this tab Tab: Applicant

27 Click on Save after entering all the details Tab: Applicant

28 LOA details have to be entered in this tab. Click on Save after entering all the details Tab: LOA

29 LUT and LUT annexure details have to be entered in this tab. Click on Save after entering all the details Click submit button on completion of filling the details in all the tabs Tab: LUT

30 Tick mark here and click on the confirm button to submit the request After clicking on ‘Submit’ button, this Confirmation screen appears Confirmation screen

31 Confirmation message will be displayed to the user on successful submission

32 Step 3 Tracking the status of Registration Request

33 To view the status of request submitted go to search request Search Request

34 Select request type as Developer Registration click on search

35 Click on Request ID to view details Request status will be displayed here Unit can View the status History of the request by clicking here

36 On clicking view button History will be displayed Search Request

37 Step 3 Handling deficiency

38 Handling Discrepancy raised by DC’s Office If DC’s Office finds a discrepancy or needs any clarification with respect to the details submitted by the user in the registration request, he may raise a ‘Query’ If DC’s office raises a query, the request will come back to the Developer user The User can view the registration request from his Inbox & reply. The user will also be able to edit the registration request and re submit Developer User DC’s Office 1.Submit 2.Raise Query 3.Query Response

39 Login into system and click on the Inbox Click Request ID to view request details The status of the request will be ‘Deficiency’ Handling ‘Deficiency’ raised by the DC’S Office

41 EDIT the request to resolve the discrepancy and save the request Click here Resubmit the request Click here to view remarks

42 Step 5 Approval of SRG request

43 After Approval of the registration request, this Message will be displayed on the Home page of the Developer User Approval of SRG request

44 Step 5 Registration Fee Payment

45 Click here to pay the Registration & AMC Charges of SEZ Online System Registration Fee Payment

46 Click here to do the Payment Click here to accept the agreement Registration Fee Payment

47 Select the Mode of Payment Registration Fee Payment

48 Enter the details of the instrument Click here to Pay Registration Fee Payment

49 Click here to confirm the Payment Registration Fee Payment

50 Receipt will generated on confirming the request Click here to generate the acknowledgement receipt in pdf format Registration Fee Payment

51 Step 5 Creation of Administration User

52 Click here to create admin user Admin User Creation

53 If user want assign Admin rights to himself Click on Make me admin else Click on Create new Admin After selecting, Click on Submit Admin User Creation

54 Enter all the details and click on Submit Button Admin User Creation

55 If a new admin is created then a Developer regularization account will be deactivated Admin User Creation

57 When user login for the first time he will be directed to change the default password. Admin User Creation

60 Step 6 Creation of Operational Users

64 DC Approver is a DSC based user. Only the DC Approver Users can submit requests / Bill of Entries/Shipping Bill etc. to the DC’s Office Select functionalities which user want to assign to particular user Tick this box to Add DSC Enter DSC Serial Number Select the DSC Certifying Authority Operational User Creation
