13 13 GA TASKS A. Office Building Information 1. TWC: - Carpet shampooed & pest control.Hopefully, we keep the carpet clean. 2. Norch building: - Started redecoration of exhibition area & Regional Agency area on 27 th Jul’09. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN)

14 14 GA TASKS (cont.) 3. IVB building: (Hanoi) - Carpet shampooed. 4. Cantho branch: - Contract of temporary office signed (Cuu Long Hotel). - Construction company selected and started construction in Hanh Phuc Tower. B. Other projects: 1. Regulations on purchasing and its flow chart under approval. ENGAGED PROJECT THIS MONTH (GENERAL ADMIN)

Cost down proposal on electricity: * Turn off AC & lights during lunch hours (12:00 -13:00). * Set temperature 24oC – 26oC * Turn off AC & lights if the employees leave the office. * If need to work overtime please fill in the application form for overtime usage. * Please all employees pay attention and make efforts on this issue. 18 18 Main tasks This month: 1. Legal Compliance Process  basically finished Step 1  starting Step 2 from this week (27 July 2009) with deadline shall be estimated by each department 2.Contribution ideas to amend Circular 155/2007/TT-BTC & Decree 41/2009/ND-CP  submitted to the MOF

19 19 Main tasks This month: 3. Delegation regulation (POA)  clarified documents and contracts 4. New products (03 riders: R04-R05-R06 & 03 basic plans: C07-C08-C09)  finished the first time of revision for all products  finished T&C of C07 & C08 within this month

20 20 Main tasks This month: 5. Setting up a branch in Cantho  reviewed & revised all necessary documents  finished the leasing agreement 6.N’orch issues  collecting all inconvenience & trouble from the landlord  take appropriate actions if required in the future

21 21 Main tasks Next month: 1. Legal Compliance Process  Step 2 (each department will make its regulations based on Department’s Brochure)  review and revise departments’ regulations 2. Delegation regulation (POA)  Draft delegation regulation  Make approval report for delegation regulation
