3 COMPANY PROFILE  In January of 1996 Mr. Sanders started his consulting business and grew every year adding 300 clients and years of experience to his resume.  Prior to opening his consulting business Mr. Sanders worked for a tax company moving up the ladder becoming a manager in a few years.  After becoming a master of business management and customer service, Mr. Sanders acquired an Associates Degree in Accounting.  Mr. Sanders began researching revenue cycle management and found that it could be very lucrative and decided to add practice management to his list of services offered by acquiring an Associates Degree in Medical Billing & Coding.

4 WHAT I WANT FROM INVESTORS  Sanders Services is seeking funding in the amount of $50,000.

5 WHAT I WILL USE THE MONEY FOR  The funding request will include acquiring web-based programs, training and marketing materials offered by American Business Systems.  Become a licensee with American Business Systems  Offer practice management services to physicians.  Streamline the medical billing process to increase physician’s revenue and free up more time to spend with patients.

6 FINANCIAL POTENTIAL  Sanders Services feels confident that the profits for the next 3 years will exceed $60,000.  Sanders Medical Billing aims to achieve their goal by securing at least 1 client in the first 2 months of operation.  The income potential will be between $25,000-$35,000 per client.  An investor should hope to realize 100% of their investment back within the first 3 years of operation.

7 COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE  We will have a web-based system that can be accessed anywhere anytime.  We will be partnering with American Business Systems who has 20 years experience in the healthcare industry.  We will have testimonials from physicians that have switched from in-house to outsourcing their practice management with licensees of American Business Systems.

8 MANAGEMENT  Richard Sanders will be running the daily operations of Sanders Services with the partnership of American Business Systems.  Richard Sanders has over 16 years in business consulting.  American Business Systems has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry.  All final business decisions will be handled by Richard Sanders.

9 KEYS TO SUCCESS  A successful marketing plan.  Increase the physician’s revenue.  Make the physician’s practice run more efficiently.  Securing a funding source to launch the services.  Repayment to Investors within 3 years.

10 FUTURE PLANS  To acquire at least 1 new client every year  Help physicians save money on their in-house costs  Increase the physicians revenue, and make the practice run efficiently.  Speed up the claims process so claims can be paid quicker.  Reduce the rejection rate for physicians from the average 34% down to less than 2%
