9 Community colleges commonly have three (3) different general education patterns. Plan A = General Education Courses for Associate degree only Plan B = General Education-Breadth Courses for CSU Plan C = General Education-Breadth Courses For CSU or UC (otherwise known as the IGETC) What if I’m undecided? 13 The CSU Associate Degree for Transfer (A.A.- T or A.S. – T)  Administration of Justice  Business Administration  Communication Studies  History  Mathematics  Psychology  Sociology  Studio Arts What Associate Degrees for Transfer do community colleges offer? Students who earn these degrees will be granted priority admission to a CSU campus in a baccalaureate (BA) degree program or one similar with a guarantee of junior standing as long as the student meets all prescribed admission requirements.
