Health may be categorized into six components: physical, emotional, social, mental, spiritual, and environmental. To be truly healthy, you must take care of all six components. Chapter 1

Controllable Risk Factors You can control some risk factors by making choices about your behavior. Uncontrollable Risk Factors Risk factors you cannot control include age, race, gender, and heredity.
