Grades 3&4 – combine grades in group and individual instruction, assign teams for year long intramural competition, continue fun and competitive practice plans, introduce how positions work together as a team and assimilate to game preparation Grades 5&6 – separate grades and coaching staffs; prepare girls to understand team concepts & compete; teams will generally travel and play together by grade, depending on opponent’s program structure and level of play
